No nickle and dime game played here. Since I mentioned I had an ongoing roof leak, Lou's estimate also included a couple of sheets of plywood. As promised, I was contacted the day before materials were to be delivered, the day before the work was to be under taken, and the one day job was completed within two weeks of the estimate. Last, but not least, the workers were polite, respectful of our property, professional and clean up was thorough and complete. The last item is especially commendable since our home is surrounded on three sides by large and medium sized trees, as well as bushes.

My first reaction was … More to call Turner Roofing and complain. I spoke to (was I assume was) the office manager, Stacy. She was so professional and understanding as I attempted to explain my problem. She took down all of my information and said she would speak to Ted Turner (the owner) to see if there was something they could do. Steve and Ted set up a consultation (for free!) a few days later and personally came out to take a look. They spent at least an hour taking a thorough look through the attic and roof. I was so surprised how much time they took to not only examine the problem but to also explain the issue to me. Turns out the problem was our bathroom fan vent that was putting moisture from the bathroom directly into the attic. They explained how to take care of the problem and went on their way. It was great to experience a company that stands behind their work, even 7+ years later. Would definitely recommend!
